Montana Girls 2013

Let me start off by saying.......I love these women. They are my family and have been for many years. This year we all met up (minus Carrie and Marie) for a quick weekend in Moses Lake, WA where Brittany lives, and I actually used to live for a short time with Brittany. We reminisced, drank like drunkards, danced our butts off and laughed like we had not laughed in a long time. I flew into Seattle a few days before Barbara and I headed over.  I got to see some of Barb's wedding paraphernalia and spend some time with Kim, Tim and Stella. It was also the first time I laid fingers on little Logan and little Jacob. Seeing the boys was bittersweet. I was so happy to have time away and be able to have all my attention on their children but I longed for our babies to play together and be friends. Why do we all live so far apart!! :( #wishihadatimemachine

Barbara and I headed over to Moses Lake!!

I look like an elf with this light fixture. :)

Fitting for our weekend....LeeAnne was showing off some of her awesome dance moves.
Britt and LeeAnne twerking...#wedoitbetterthanmiley

 Classy LeeAnne!

We are standing on Brittany's lot her and her husband just bought! They are going to start building their dream house within the next few years. It was beautiful and I can not wait to see it again when it is finished.
PS: LeeAnne looks like a tiger attacked her shirt. #partyintheback

I'm so homesick looking at all of these! Missing these girls.

Daddy Dave came and hung out with us at the end of our night! He is so amazing and I'm so happy we got to spend time with him too.

13 years later!! I love this recreation.....AND I love that David is the stand in for the foreign exchange student.

This is a really funny and yet bad picture.....But Brittany put together this amazing box for us . Since we do get together every year, she made up a box that we can load up with a bottle of wine, pictures and and any other mementos from the trip.  We will open the box up the next year, drink the bottle of wine, and reminisce about the past the trip. She had also picked us up these bracelets. She said they reminded her of Amanda. If you see me often you'll see me wear mine from time to time. Can't wait till next year when we have Barbie Doll's wedding in June and Amanda's wedding in September! It is going to be an eventful 2014 for sure!

September 2013

Happy Birthday Kevin!! Yvonne made the best German Chocolate cake!!

Kevin's karaoke birthday party! I feel bad I don't have not one single picture of Kevin. We had a blast though. It was our first adult only party, and we definitely lived it up.

Practicing for Halloween.

Cuties!

Look at those eyelashes!

Boys will be boys...Life's a wrestling match...

Kevin's 20th class reunion!! Seriously love me some Hodson's. One of the best couples EVER! xoxo

Jack had 8 games of soccer this fall and he only made it to 3 games!! I guess we were really busy. And the last day we were there he threw up on his teammate. And it was a girl. I'm sure that will have scarred her for life. But he was honestly an amazing soccer player. He can really handle the ball remarkably. Just like dad.

Be careful the next time your neighbor asks you to watch their dogs when they go to the beach...They may bring you back a "thank you" hermit crab or two...

Isn't my nephew Kordell so handsome??!! He is a big high schooler this year. :)

Another one of our sweet friends moved away! Here we are saying good bye at the coffee shop. :( Good Luck Natasha in Atlanta!

Daughter and Mother-in-law date with Leah and Julie!

What a fun memorable night!

One busy October

Wow...These two are just beautiful!

Okay..Tried to get a picture and Brecken was hysterical, and then Jack decided he didn't want to be in the picture. Happy Pumpkin Patch!!

This is my little veterinarian in training...He LOVES all animals.

We can't go to the Pumpkin Patch without these cuties. I love little Harper's face peeking around the boys.

I tried really hard to get Brecken to sit up on this beautiful wagon and this was the best face he could provide me.

 Coolest Slide EVER!

 Love Davis's expression here.

Olivia's first Pumpkin Patch experience! I hope Lindsay and AJ come with us every year!!
Harper and Kelly. It would never be the same without them celebrating October!

Chelsea and I at Leah's Ghouls Night In!!

Jackie made me this wine glass!! LOVE IT!

SCHOOL COSTUME PARTY!

Pumpkin Patch Field Trip!!

Jack loved this slide so much he threw a MASSIVE fit when we had to get back on the bus.

Teaching them about planting seeds!

Jack's "Drama Kids" class at school did a little program for us. Here they are singing about eating gingerbread men. :)

Love hot days in October!!
Caleb got a free smoothie to Wendy's from his church and invited Jack to go with him. How SWEET!

My little Men. Jack changed his mind 52 times until the DAY of Halloween when I rushed out and bought a vampire cape, and black pants....He looks good though. Brecken's outfit all came from the Dollar store.

Our sweet next door neighbors!! Lilly and Peyton!

This is the best picture of the four of them!! A little smaller crew than last year but we still had a blast!

Dave's mask really scared little Liam!!
Shanna is mixing me up one of her brother's famous drinks!!

LOVE! However, I do not know what is going on with my hair!!

Waiting for trick-or-treater's!

FINALLY!!

Jack seriously looks like a vampire...
